Another incredible day Head Judging for Deadly Dozen! 👊🔥

Crawley was absolutely on fire… in more ways than one! ☀️🥵 The heat was relentless, but the athletes still turned up and put in some phenomenal performances.

It’s always a privilege to be part of such an outstanding Head Judge team, working together to keep the standards high, ensure every rep counts, and make every race fair for every competitor.

A huge well done to everyone who raced today—you certainly earned it! 👏

THE FIT BOX TIGERS 🐅💛

Rachel, Kelly, Hannah and Louise have completed The Deadly Gross – One the toughest hybrid event in the world!

12 Deadly Dozens back-to-back with just 12 hours to finish… and the girls smashed it, completing the challenge in an incredible 9 hours 23 minutes, finishing 4th Female Team and 🥇 1st in their Age Group!

Competing in the warm sunshine in Stoke, this wasn’t just a test of physical endurance, but of mental resilience, teamwork and determination.

Together they completed:

🏋️ 720 Deadlifts
🦵 720m Lunges
💥 720 Snatches
🔥 720m Burpee Broad Jumps
🏋️‍♀️ 720 Goblet Squats

The girls represented The Fit Box with professionalism, integrity and incredible determination. It was fantastic to hear so many positive comments from fellow judges about the quality of their movement and technique throughout the entire race.

A huge thank you to Louise from Strive Southport for stepping in and joining the Tigers. From the moment you arrived, you were one of us. Thank you for giving everything you had and helping the Tigers achieve such an incredible result.

The girls proudly earned their Gold Mori. 🥇

Thank you to Jason, Deadly Dozen, all the judges who spent the day in the sunshine ensuring the event ran safely and smoothly, and every athlete who took on this epic challenge. The grit, determination and camaraderie on display throughout the day were truly inspiring.

After a busy weekend, I’ve finally had time to reflect on Saturday’s Furzton Relay.

Just a quick message to say a massive congratulations to The Fit Box Tigers – Rachel, Cheryl and Kelly – who competed in the relay.

After a difficult week, with a couple of them feeling unwell and everyone concerned about racing in the 30°C heat, they dug deep, gave it everything, and absolutely smashed it… winning the female race! 🏆🔥

Not only did they achieve PBs in those conditions, but they also beat their relay times from the last two years, making the victory even more impressive. Racing in that kind of heat takes real grit, and every one of them rose to the challenge.

I’m incredibly proud of The Fit Box Tigers. What an outstanding performance and a fantastic example of teamwork, resilience and determination.

A huge thank you as well to Redway Runners for putting on another fantastic Furzton Relay. It was brilliantly organised, had a fantastic atmosphere, and as always, it was a pleasure to be part of.

Well done, Fit Box Tigers – absolutely ROAR-some! 🐯.

What a fantastic Bank Holiday weekend for The Fit Box family 💥🔥

First up, a huge well done to Kate Maris who travelled to Edinburgh to take on the Edinburgh Marathon and absolutely smashed it on a seriously warm day 👏🏽

Then it was Deadly Dozen National Championship weekend — an incredible event and atmosphere all weekend.

On Saturday, Rachel competed in the solo event in blistering heat and finished an incredible 9th in her age group in the UK 🇬🇧🔥

Sunday was relay day and The Fit Box was out in force 👊🏽

The Lionesses — Alison & Patricia joined by Lou & Leanne from our Rox Queens affiliation — all competed brilliantly with strong running and fantastic labours 💪🏽

Then came The Fit Box Tigers — Rachel, Ella, Hannah & Maja — lining up in the same wave as some of the biggest names and world record holders in Deadly Dozen including , and .fitness what a daunting sight on the start line 😅🔥

But wow… the Tigers delivered BIG TIME.

After winning Lee Valley earlier this year, they knocked a massive 2 minutes off their PB to take an incredible 🥈 2nd place at the National Finals 🔥

Special shoutout to Ella, our youngest competitor, smashing her bear crawls in just 1:51 🤯👏🏽

Proud of every single one of you ❤️

Fingers crossed the Tigers are now heading to the World Championships 🌍🐯

🔥 HYROX GLASGOW SMASHED 🔥

Huge congratulations to Kelly & Emily on absolutely blitzing Glasgow HYROX 💪

Emily’s first ever HYROX… and what a way to start 😮‍🔥👉 1:22 finish time — unreal effort!

Kelly’s second HYROX and the goal was simple — beat last year…Of course she did 👊 PB secured ✅

Both girls have put in serious work behind the scenes — sessions built around the key movements, race-specific prep, and a couple of sims thrown in for good measure.

We had a plan… and they executed it perfectly.Fail to plan, plan to fail 😉
