This week at Feathers Performance Academy, we’ve been working hard on improving rally consistency 🏸

The focus has been on building patience, better shot quality, stronger movement, and learning how to stay in the rally for longer.

Rallying well is a huge part of badminton development — it teaches players to think, recover, control the shuttle, and compete with confidence.

🏸 Junior Badminton Training Update 🏸

Great session with our juniors today!

We focused on developing forehand and backhand net shots, working on soft touch, control, and precision at the net. The players also practiced the correct footwork patterns to move quickly and efficiently into position before playing the shot.

It was fantastic to see their confidence growing and their technique improving throughout the session. Keep up the great work everyone! 💪🔥
