🏸 Junior Badminton Training Update 🏸

Great session with our juniors today!

We focused on developing forehand and backhand net shots, working on soft touch, control, and precision at the net. The players also practiced the correct footwork patterns to move quickly and efficiently into position before playing the shot.

It was fantastic to see their confidence growing and their technique improving throughout the session. Keep up the great work everyone! 💪🔥

Our junior development squad is mastering their footwork at the front court! Here's what we're working on:

- Numbering each step in the footwork by introducing rhythm in the shadow portion of our sessions.
- Pattern-style shadow drills facilitate smoother footwork that will transition to multi-feed drills.
- Emphasizing racket setup during shadow movements allows players to concentrate on the shuttle during drills.
