Working on the rehab /rehab on my knee with a cracked cartilage. This work with the sled is to help improve muscular strength on the lower limbs

Reverse walking, also known as retro walking, is often used in physical therapy clinics to help people improve gait and mobility in the lower extremities. It is frequently used to improve knee, hip, and ankle range of motion (ROM), improve strength, and improve lower extremity mechanics related to gait.

Have you experienced this technique before?

I enjoy working with , teaching along side and using as a guinea pig 😁

This a soft tissue release technique, specifically used to stretch out the fascia and the muscle. It is an underrated technique as far I am concerned, because it works incredibly well on most parts of the body.
