Today has been such an intense day – one of those that leaves you exhausted but with a full heart. We’ve finally finished loading all the household items and materials into the container, and although it was hard work, I feel incredibly happy and truly fortunate. 💛

I’m deeply grateful to everyone who stood by my side, who came to help, supported me, and showed me such kindness. Words aren’t enough to express how much it means to me.

Thank you, thank you, and a thousand times thank you. Without you, none of this would have been possible. 🙏✨

Today marks the end of a very special chapter for me. I will no longer be part of MKTDA as Head Coach, and I want to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone. 🙏

It’s been a privilege to be part of the club, where I’ve had the chance to meet truly wonderful people and coach some incredible gymnasts. I’ve always felt supported, appreciated, and part of a great family.

To everyone who’s been part of this journey: THANK YOU. Thank you for your trust, your kindness, and every moment we’ve shared.

From now on, you’ll find me at my new home: Start Jump Trampoline Club (we’re on Instagram too!).

Jump into August with our Trampoline Holiday Camp! 🤸‍♂️🛫

Join us for an exciting month of fun and fitness with fully qualified coaches, running every weekday in August – except weekends and 11th August.

🗓️ Camp days:
📍 Monday to Friday (excluding 11th August)
🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
💷 Price: £28 per day

Amazing results at the Southern Region Qualifiers on the road to the Interregional National Finals!
Our team absolutely smashed it – here’s how they did:
• 🥇 Seb – 1st place!
• 🥇 Janusz – 1st place as well!
• 🥉 Cara – Well-deserved bronze!
• 🥉 Eleonora – Another fab bronze!
• 🥉 Maddie – Crushed it with a 3rd place!
• ✨ Aileen – 4th place, just shy of the podium
• ✨ Samira – Also 4th, strong performance
• ✨ Bonnie – Another 4th place, brilliant effort
• 💪 Hollie – 7th place, great result!
• 💪 Beatrix – Solid 8th place
• ⭐ Isobel – 19th and showing great determination

The top 2 in each category qualify for the Interregional National Finals – so huge congrats to those moving on, and massive respect to everyone for their amazing effort!
