and at the advance level it contains elements of weight training using the kettle also known as the Russian Dumbbell. Probably the most appealing aspect of KickBO is that it can enable you to burn up to 700 calories in hour training session. It design to benefit both body and mind, these include the following

KickBO is for people of all ages and abilities, the only requirement is the willingness to learn and have fun. Equally suitable for both men and women, and adaptable to individual level of fitness and ability. It brings new dimension to “fighting fit” camp for all. It is a non contact sport, which means no sparring in classes. Use of focus pads and Thai pads, punch bags and kick shields are encouraged as kicking and punching into thin air can over extend the joints and ligaments over time this leads to injury. 5 – 10 mins Gentle warm up

15 – 20 mins HIIT training, circuit training, cardio / aerobic exercises,

25 mins Techniques,Combinations and Pad Work

5 mins Cool Down, stretching, and yoga. KickBO Fitness Express - 45 minutes

5 mins Cool Down, stretching, and yoga. Sessions and classes are varied and steadily progressive. Introducing new techniques and exercises as your confidence and fitness levels increase. Studio classes are conducted in an atmosphere of popular dance and fitness music to keep you motivated so you can push a little harder and unleash your fitness potential.
