Let’s be honest: by February, that "New Year, New Me" gym membership is going to be a very expensive way to occasionally use a sauna.
If your resolution is to get fit but you find "lifting heavy circles" and running in the same spot a bit dull, come and try one of our sessions. We offer:
Cardio: Because nothing makes you move faster than a 3lb piece of weaponry coming at your head.
Weight Training: It’s basically HIIT, but with more swords, and way better stories.
Stress Relief: Work emails can’t find you when you’re busy defending your internal organs.
Join us on Wednesday at 7pm. No experience needed, just a willingness to look slightly cool and very sweaty.
