We all want to see progress with our health, wellness, strength and form. So this little challenge is a great way to start your New Year health goals! 🙌
It's for all fitness levels and you can find your position and work to your level. Remember to count how many moves you can complete and write it down so by the end of your week you can see if you have progressed either with your form - by improving your positioning and finding the moves easier, by increasing your numbers to see that your speed and control improves, to give yourself a sense of satisfaction that you have completed something for you!!
