If you’re training for HYROX, don’t sleep on sandbag carries👊

Why? Because HYROX isn’t just about running and clean reps, it’s about moving heavy, awkward loads when you’re already gassed. A sandbag carry hits exactly that:

✅ Builds total body strength – legs, grip, core, back, everything works at once.
✅ Prepares you for fatigue – carrying when your heart rate is high = race-day practice.
✅ Mimics the chaos – sandbags shift and move, just like the awkward loads you’ll face in sleds and stations.
✅ Mental toughness – there’s no shortcut, you just grind and keep moving

Train the uncomfortable now so the comp feels manageable later🖤
