We are all fully DBS checked, Instruction Public Liability , Professional Indemnity Insurance and First Aid Trained. Training under International Taekwondo Federation. Tae Kwon-Do is a system of symmetrical body exercises or techniques designed for self defence and counterattack in unarmed combat. We are here to teach Tae Kwon-Do in a fun, energetic and safe environment following the tenets of Taekwondo:

We offer a free taster session. This gives you a general feel for the class.
