I was speaking to a previous member yesterday, off the back of the offer that I made for FREE training till the end of the year!

He had been paying £225 per month for a boutique-style PT studio that also ran Boot Camps and claimed that he was actually a lot less fit now as a result.

Here is the deal with gyms like this - they are awesome at bringing people into an environment that feels super exclusive and maybe a little "elite".
They have top-of-the-range equipment, and the floors are clean, and more than likely, there will be a very specific programme to follow, which will include a weights-based session also.

It works!!

But like anything, it will have to work for you and your goals. You will still have to do the work - you can't expect to pay, and then the results come just as an automatic outcome. Also, you have to feel comfortable with the higher price, as that is what it is!

Now at fitMK, we are what we are - rough and ready outdoors - sometimes cold and wet, BUT always stunning landscapes and views.
