Hi all 😃💪it’s been a while.
From the 1st November I will be embarking on some self discipline, removing sugar from my diet,, 😉😳😬😬🤪, ok
I wouldn’t say I’m a sugar addict, I do enjoy the all year round celebrations, hero’s, crisps,, 😉 Sugar as we know is pretty much in everything, hiding in the foods we love, crave, in drinks, we love and crave.
I’m prepared for a moody few days, week or more 😬 not sure my family will be 😉😂.
I will keep a log of my foods, moods 🤪cravings, wellbeing, fitness energy and weight🤔
Tonight, lamb steaks, steamed carrots, onions, steamed brocoli. Steamed apples and rhubarb. I will freeze some of the steamed rhubarb to drizzle over the popped popcorn kernels, rhubarb low in sugar. I think popcorn will be my go to. Tips to follow.
