I have a couple of spaces in my Yoga class at Papcastle Village Hall, Cockermouth on Thursday 11th December at 6.30pm. This week we are doing a practice of Yang to Yin Yoga, the balance between active and passive, fast and slow.

Seems weird thinking about late Autumn in heat of Crete!
I'm running an in person afternoon in Biddenham/Bedford on Saturday 15th November. £35.
Warming Hatha Flow Yoga followed by a Soundbath/Nidra, the best of both worlds. Mind and Body are connected via the breath so we will practice pranayama.
And we always eat cake 🍰
