Massive thanks to everyone who was involved with the Spinathon on SATURDAY 1st APRIL 2023. Together we raised a whopping £858 for 'The Food Bank MK'!
.....LET'S DO IT AGAIN!!......This time, with 2 Instructors for each 1 hour ride to really get you all going up those hills!! Of course with the standard selection of scrumptious bakes on offer, helping us smash through that £1000 barrier this time hopefully. There will also be a huge selection on old school pick n mix sweets available, along with the low calories merging bars. Back by popular demand!! A fresh edition of Spinathon Charity Ride MK, Autumn Ride. This time we will be raising funds for the incredible Harry's Rainbow charity in Milton Keynes.

Harry's Rainbow provide support and relief for children, young people (up to the age of 25 years) and their families who have been bereaved through the loss of a parent or sibling by providing mentoring, emotional well-being support and advice through facilitated internal and partner agency support groups, provision of books, resources and via our website and social networking sites. As well as providing recreational and leisure activities to children and young people in order to improve their conditions of life and reduce the isolation felt during bereavement by facilitating contact with other children, young people and their families.

£10 per 1hr ride - Variety of rides, from 'Hill Climbs' to 'Fartlek'. Hosted by 8 of your favourite spin instructors, featuring a variety of 4 x 1hr rides, with a 20 minute break in between.
