We’ve got lots of lovely community activities coming up at Playhouse, starting with our first session on Monday 14 September.

🕙 All sessions run from 10am – 12pm

These sessions are a chance for children to enjoy fun, creative activities, spend time playing, and for families to come along, get involved and share feedback as part of Playhouse Community Projects.

Our upcoming activities include:

From Saturday 12 September 2026, customers booking general play sessions online will save 15% compared with paying on arrival.

Booking online really helps our team prepare for the day — from staffing to stock — so we’re introducing online pricing to encourage as many customers as possible to book ahead.

This will apply to general play sessions, 7 days a week.

You can still come along without booking, but the walk-in price will be 15% higher than the online price.

We’re pleased to let you know that the water supply has now been restored and Playhouse is open as usual today from 9:00am.

WE ARE OPEN AS USUAL AS ANGLIAN WATER HAVE COMPLETED THE REPAIR

🚨 **Important Notice – Playhouse Closed Tomorrow**

Due to a burst pipe affecting the local water supply, Playhouse will be closed all day tomorrow, Thursday 27 August, pending further updates and/or repairs from Anglian Water.

Unfortunately, with no water on site, we are unable to operate safely — including flushing toilets, washing up, or making hot drinks.

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience and understand this may be disappointing for customers planning to visit.

Please keep an eye on our social media pages for further updates on when we are able to reopen.
