Slowly but surely the pitch is coming together nicely. 🌱⚽
The grass is really starting to thicken up now, although there's still a couple of patches that need filling in. A feed is due next, then we'll gradually lower the cut and start increasing the number of cuts each week.
It's all about patience, hard work and attention to detail. Plenty still to do, but it's great to see the progress and know we're heading in the right direction.
Looking forward to seeing it at its best in the weeks ahead. 💚

Chairman Andrew Taylor finally caught up with reserve team player Ben Newton. Ben unfortunately could not make our Presentation evening so Andrew presented Ben with his awards for Manager's Player of the year and joint most appearances award for the reserves. Congratulations Ben.

Congratulations to Alex Jackson. Alex made his debut for our 1st team last season and tonight at the Grass Roots awards picked up the runner up award for Young Volunteer of the year for his work with Ambleside juniors. Well done Alex 👏

At the Westmorland FA Grass Roots Awards this evening Marcus Davidson picked up the runner up award for Grounds Team of the year at The Crooklands which follows on from winning the award last year.

we appreciate all the work you do to make the playing surface one of the best in the region.

Today, Chairman Andrew Taylor caught up with Henry Brownlie to present him with his 1st team Young Player of the year award as he was unable to attend the Presentation night.

Tonight we caught up with Connor Dale who unfortunately could not make our Presentation evening. Chairman Andrew Taylor presented Connor with a double award of 1st team Managers Player of the year and 1st team Players Player of the year. A staggering achievement for Connor in just his second season at Corinthians and not yet 18 yrs old.
Congratulations Connor the club are proud of what you have achieved this season.
