At Nuffield Health Milngavie, our Joint Pain Programme is a FREE to access programme designed to help you self-manage your chronic joint pain and lead a more independent life.

It’s a 6 month programme, which begins with 12 weeks of advice and exercise sessions led by our Rehabilitation specialist Shelly. This will equip you with the tools to better manage your pain.

And it works! People who’ve completed the programme have show improvements in mobility, pain, general fitness levels and overall quality of life.

Our junior golf programme is teeing off again after the winter break.

The sessions start back on the Sunday 8th March.

The sessions run from 10am-12pm and 2.30pm-4.30pm.

These are 12 week blocks and cost £120 per block. To register or for further information, please email our golf Professional Allan White either inthe shop or email [email protected]
