Our Mat Pilates classes have been so popular that we’ve added an extra one to the schedule.

Monday evenings at 6:30pm 🤍
Open to all levels — beginners and improvers.

We’ve also added a Men’s Reformer class on Wednesday afternoons — a great place to start if you’ve been curious about Reformer Pilates and want to give it a go.

As always, everyone is welcome at all of our classes — the Men’s Reformer session is simply another option on the schedule.

Expect a welcoming atmosphere in our boutique studio, clear and supportive instruction, plenty of options and movement that actually makes sense for your body.
