We are starting a couch to 5K group on Wednesday 5th September. Group meets at Milngavie Station and runs at 6-45. All our leaders are Jog Scotland trained and from couch you will be running 5k in around 8 or 9 weeks. Email [email protected] to get more information. There is no charge for this group and I guarantee you'll feel better for it.

Would you like to be part of a group where you can run at speed or have a slow gentle jog? Would you like to meet new people and be part of a group who like to meet for social occasions? Then we are the group for you. Jogon Milngavie are offering 20 free places on their couch to 5k
If you would like to join we ask that you are able to attend all of our c-5k sessions. The course starts on Wednesday 5th of March for 10 weeks start time 18.35. Please email [email protected] for further details.
