Evening all, this message hasn’t been easy to write. First of all I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported my small business. I started back in 2014 when I was just 17 so it’s been a while! But unfortunately it’s time to hang up the gloves, I just don’t have the time anymore to put in 100% of my time to train people, with working full time and also training myself and family time. Big shoutout to criag who give me the opportunity to do this all them years ago too. But don’t worry as you know I’m always busy doing something and I have another business I’m hoping to start in the new year. Not fitness related but you’ll all soon see what it is on social media so keep an eye out. Once again I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your years of continued support. You never know, one day I may be back.

I will be taking part in the Great North Run this September any donations will be highly appreciated! My goal is £300 please help me reach this, the charity I have chosen is “Independent Age” at Independent Age, our aim is to reduce poverty, tackle inadequate care and combat loneliness. Last year, over 1 million people accessed our services.

With your help, we could make sure that many more vulnerable older people get the vital information, advice and support they need to stay independent and live well.

Thank you to everyone who donated to this great cause. The charity as a whole have raised a massive £330,000! I myself have raised £270 so thanks again everyone who helped. Much appreciated 🙌🏻
