We always ask at the start of any training, 'do you know anything about Restorative and Relational Processes'?

Often the reply is 'no' or 'not much'.

At the end of the training the same people are saying, 'I already do some of that'.

All we do is help the students identify good practice and provide a structure and framework that enables them to do more of it - consistently!
