Value Independence CIC Value Independence exists to provide specialised services for people with disabilities ❤️

We will work to provide each of our members with an individual learning package solely based on their own choices and aspirations. We will also work closely with families and other organisations to help unlock true potential and bring out new ideas. With time our learning support programmes lead to real personal developmental outcomes - improved confidence, new skills - whether it be to travel ind

ependently on public transport or help with a community project; to gaining recognised qualifications at OCN level, work placements and in some cases supported employment. We believe the effectiveness of our service depends on the quality of the learning experience we endeavour to provide. We do our very best to ensure this includes real work, with a variety of both educational and physical activities. With all our activities we hope our members will have and find variety, enjoyment, self expression, challenge and a chance to meet new people. In addition to our sessional work we also offer once monthly social evenings consisting of cinema/pub nights and evening meals out together. Key principles

Value Independence works in cooperation with other agencies and organisations within the field - both making and receiving referrals. Value Independence endeavours to maintain the highest professional standards in respect of our members' wellbeing and safety. All staff receive ongoing training and are CRB checked to an enhanced level. Value Independence depends on customer satisfaction for its financial viability.
