Over the past few months I've been creating a FREE 10-Week ReBalance Home Programme designed to help older adults stay strong, active and independent.

Each week includes 3 simple chair-based movements focusing on: βœ… Strength βœ… Balance βœ… Mobility βœ… Posture βœ… Confidence

The idea is simple: small amounts of movement, done regularly, can make a big difference.

Week 1 is already available, and over the next 9 weeks I'll be sharing a new video each week demonstrating the exercises and showing how they can be adapted for different abilities.

Whether you're already attending a ReBalance class, exercising at home, or supporting a family member, I hope these resources help people keep moving and keep their independence.

Many people ask how often older adults should exercise.

Current recommendations suggest aiming for:
βœ… 150 minutes of moderate physical activity each week
βœ… Strength exercises at least 2 days per week
βœ… Balance activities at least 3 days per week
βœ… Regular movement throughout the day

The good news is that exercise doesn't have to mean going to a gym or running a marathon.
