MATURE MOVERS

All classes start back next week at a variety of locations!

Liphook:
Millennium Centre- Wednesday 7th September - 9.30 am

Petersfield:
Herne Farm Leisure Centre- Wednesday 7th September - 11.15 am

Bordon:
Forest Centre - Thursday 8th September- 11 am

Midhurst:
Methodist Church Hall - Thursday 8th September - 2pm

If you would like to improve your strength and stamina, mobility and balance, in a fun and sociable environment, then come along and join us for the new autumn term. All participants work within their own capabilities and limitations, supported by a fully qualified and insured instructor.

Finally we're back!
Mature Movers classes are preparing for our long awaited return to exercise! After the 17th of May, at the next stage of the easing of restrictions, all classes will resume that week.
If you are already a member could you ring me or pop me an email to confirm your place. If you are new and would like to join do not hesitate to contact me. If you would like to give me a ring, I am more than happy to chat with you and discuss what our classes are all about.

We're back and ready for the new normal! Classes starting back this week with a few new changes to timings!
Bordon class will now be on Thursdays 11am-12pm!
Midhurst class will now be on Thursdays 2pm-3pm!
