Hi everyone, we're going to be launching a brand new class, that will be totally FREE of charge!
Men's Muay Thai for mental health will be a class open to any fitness and skill level, with 0 judgement or expectations.
We will start from the absolute basics including; stance and foot work, punches, kicks, elbows, knees and clinch work.
You can take this at any pace you like and we will be on hand to help with any questions throughout!
Martial arts is more than just kicking and punching. It's incredibly social and can help with stress, anxiety and depression.
This will be a free class, one Sunday every month for around an hour and a half at our purpose built gym. With a warm up, some technique work, a blast on the pads and then time to cool down and have a chat after!
Due to capacity there will be limited spaces however.
