Just want to thank everyone at for their huge support on my journey to my first bodybuilding show competing at Manchester to raise funds for and men’s mental health. They have gone above and beyond. Big shout out to and everyone else from glasshoughton.

We’ve raised £520 and smashed the goal with 2 days still left to go!

Massive thank you to all of you that’s donated with money and prizes. It’s truly overwhelming. I never expected to get anywhere near the target so thank you! ❤️

Now it’s time for me to carb up and hopefully bring a respectable package to the stage on my first show.

Regardless of where I place on Sunday, I’ve reached my goals of raising money for a great charity, raising awareness of men’s mental health and just having the dedication just to make it to the stage and see it through.

I’m just a regular bloke who’s struggled the majority of my life with mental health but I want to show you that you can achieve any goal you set your mind on if you give it your all. Hopefully I’ve inspired some people along the way. 🙏🏼

So we’re literally 3 days out from the show. So far we’ve raised £380 for Andys Man Club and I just want to thank everyone that’s donated prizes and money. I really didn’t think I’d get anywhere near the £500 goal than was set. It’s quite an overwhelming feeling.

Just been for a lymphatic drain massage from West Yorkshire Massage. That was kindly donated by Aleksandrs Surikovs. I will be making a donation in his name for the Andy’s man club fundraiser I’m doing.

2nd time using Aleks’ services and he is very experienced and professional. He provides all types of massage treatment so whatever your needs are, he’s got you covered.

I’ll be heading down to Andys Man Club Castleford tomorrow evening 7pm if anyone wants to come along. You don’t need to speak if you don’t feel comfortable, you can just come along, enjoy a brew and some cakes and biscuits (I wish I could 😅😂) and just see what it’s all about.

Sometimes being around people and realising you’re not alone and you’re not the only one struggling can put things into perspective and we also try and look for one positive thing that’s happened during the day.
