Nobody talks about how hard it is going from this… 🇪🇸☀️

Beach. Pool. Cold drinks. Doing absolutely nothing and calling it “recovery”.

…to this. 🏑😭

First hockey training session after holiday and apparently fitness disappears considerably quicker than a tan.

Great to be back at Derwent, although I’m fairly sure I left one of my lungs somewhere on the first drill.

The hockey’s still there.
The enthusiasm’s still there.
The fitness is currently being reported as missing.

I’m sure a few others can relate… 😂
