✍️20 year old Goalkeeper Sam Pinnegar becomes our 15th bit of business as he has committed and has been retained for this upcoming season with us at the Boysie

🧤The excellent shop stopper was ever present in our last 10 fixtures of the season and kept a clean sheet on his debut for the club. Back to back clean sheets from his first game in crucial wins against Tow Law and Darlo Town, instantly adapting to the survival showdown

🗣️Wayne said: "Sam was brilliant last season and it was really pleasing to see him develop and make that Number 1 shirt his own at the back end of the season so we are delighted he has committed for this upcoming campaign and am looking forward to him and Briggsy battle it out for that Number One shirt as both are excellent GK’s with both having different Qualities that they bring to our Boysie Squad".

🪽The 23 year old defender was on a dual registration last season with Ferryhill Athletic of the Wearside Premier League but the pacey wing back has committed to the Boysie full time this season.

🗣️Wayne said: Myself Paul and Radders identified the RB position as a priority position we needed to strengthen in so to secure Reece is fantastic news. His pace and ability is second to none and that showed when he played last season against Redcar Town Away.

⚽The 25 year old box to box midfielder is no stranger to Northern League football playing for Billingham Synthonia, Esh Winning, Redcar Town and Shildon

🔥The 20 year old centre forward knows this league well having featured for Esh Winning & Newcastle Uni in NL Division Two before joining Durham City in the Wearside League. He bagged 27 goals in all competitions, even getting the Citizens centenary strike of the season having contributed many to smash the 100 goal mark

🗣️Wayne: "Owen is a player I have managed since he was a youth player at Darlington Academy. He is quick strong and direct and certainly knows where the goal is which his goals over the previous seasons have shown, last year owen was injured for the whole season so to have him back is going to be exciting cause we know what he can do 💪🏻

🎯"He had attracted a lot of interest from Northern League clubs having played at this level and with him coming back to full fitness so for us to sign him for the Boysie is great news."
