There’s a lot we don’t do at JRD
And that’s exactly why it works.
No 6-week quick fixes, no smashing you into the ground every session, no cutting out all the foods that you enjoy, no training 5–6 days a week and no relying on motivation
Because none of that fits real life.
Most people don’t fail because they’re lazy, they fail because the plan was never sustainable.
We keep it simple: 2–3 sessions per week, food that’s normal and not perfect, habits you can actually stick to
No extremes, just consistency.
That’s what gets results 👍
