💫 EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT 💫

Here at Erin Cavanagh School of Dance, we have some amazing news to share!

We are heading to the Dance World Cup 2026 in Dublin ✨

The journey so far… back in November 2025, we entered several solos and group performances, hoping and dreaming that we would qualify.

Fast forward a few weeks, and we discovered that we have successfully qualified with these below:

• One ACRO troupe
• TWO students, each qualifying with three solo performances between them.

2026 entries is the biggest achievement for our dance school so far, having previously qualified for the Dance World Cup in 2023, 2024 and 2025 (solos only)

This means 2026 marks another major milestone in our journey — and it’s incredibly exciting.

Our dancers are working exceptionally hard as they prepare for this prestigious event, and it represents an amazing opportunity for local children who attend the school covering Middlesbrough, Stockton and Redcar & Cleveland area to showcase their talent on an international stage.

We have already secured some successful sponsorships for both individuals and the team, alongside ongoing fundraising efforts. We are and excited to continue building on this momentum with much more planned.

We are incredibly proud of our dancers, and as their dance teachers are are so grateful for the whole dance school achievements too. As well as the support from parents, families and the wide community.
