🌟 Player Development Academy 🌟

We're excited to offer FREE taster sessions for any child aged 4-13! 🔥

Whether your child is just starting out or looking to enhance their skills, we have something for everyone ⬇️

⚽ PLAYER DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY: Enjoy 2 training sessions and 2 small-sided games each month, aimed at beginner level.

👧 GIRLS ACADEMY: The Girls Academy give girls the opportunity to play football together in a fun, positive and supportive environment. Inspired by the success of the Lionesses, we wanted to encourage more girls to get involved in the game, build confidence and develop a love for football. Sessions focus on learning new skills, improving teamwork and enjoying the game through small-sided matches.

⚽ MINI MESSI ACADEMY: Specifically designed for our younger players, this programme focuses on getting children moving while increasing their gross motor skills, ball mastery, and fundamental skills.

Additionally, our partnership with FC Teesside to provide competitive football opportunities in the Teesside Junior Alliance League for children ready to take the next step.

🔍 We are currently recruiting players and coaches for the following age groups: U7, U8, U9, and U10.

⚽️ MAY HOLIDAY CAMP ⚽️

The Player Development Academy are delighted to announce 2 day football camp during May half term holidays. This will take place at 📍 Thornaby Academy School.

Led by our Head Coach, Gary Walton – a UEFA B Licensed coach and former MFC Academy coach with over 10 years’ experience working across holiday camps, schools, and grassroots teams – your children are in great hands.

🔥 What to expect:👊• A full day of fun competitions and games👊• A safe, positive environment for children to learn and enjoy👊• Top-quality coaches who work in schools and grassroots clubs

🎒 What to bring:🗣️• Lots of energy (our camps are packed with action!)🗣️• Drinks and a packed lunch🗣️• Suitable clothing and footwear

What an incredible week at our 2-day camp! 🙌

We welcomed over 60 children, and the energy from start to finish was absolutely brilliant. The players got stuck into our World Cup 2v2 matches and a competitive Champions League tournament, showing great skill and teamwork throughout.

Each morning kicked off with focused training sessions, followed by plenty of fun challenges and competitions to keep everyone engaged and smiling.

Most importantly, the children were fantastic all week—bringing a positive attitude, working hard, and supporting each other every step of the way. We couldn’t be prouder of their effort and enthusiasm!

Thank you to everyone who took part—we can’t wait to see you again soon! ⚽👏
