⛔️Sooooo Christmas is just around the corner and it’s going to be a busy busy time, then when January hits it’s gets even more hectic with everyone on their fitness missions!

So after nearly 14 years of working at Stokesley Leisure Centre Iv decided to leave lifeguarding duties to concentrate on doing my Personal Training!

-Build muscle
-Fat loss
-General fitness

I can help and educate you with all of these and much more.

I will be doing it in stokesley gym so if your already a member and are interested get in touch, and if your not a non member don’t worry you can still do it too!!

Hey guys...

For the time being there will be no more metafit classes going ahead, thank you to everyone who has come to one of my classes over the past 16 weeks I really appreciate it!
Over the Xmas period there will be some pop up metafit classes so keep checking to see the date and time and where it’s going to be!

Summers over, the kids are back at school so let’s get back in to the fitness part of things!

Come try my High intensity interval training class on a Tuesday night!

Great for fat loss and a brilliant calorie burner... you can burn up to 500 calories per session and it’s only 30 mins max!

It’s body weight exercises only there’s no equipment, just bring your water bottle and towel that’s it!
