Here is a one touch/defending drill that is at high intensity throughout the activity.

Lennon has been attending my 1-1s almost weekly now and every session he progresses better and better each sesssion.

Final session of the day was with Leighton Lucas from marton whites u14s. 🔵⚪️

Leighton is a cm so we worked on all sorts tonight from defending to fitness to attacking scenarios exceeding in all areas.

Jacob was spot on tonight with his finishing and surprisingly impressing himself with a couple of worldies 😂

3 amazing sessions tonight based on shooting. With the first being with Callie from Middlesbrough girls u15s🔴⚪️

Dispite the warm circumstances Callie pushed through grafting as good as always.

Hi everyone, from now on if sessions are cancelled by yourself or if you don’t show up at all to your session you will still have to pay.

I’ve had a few no shows least people can do is let me know. This then makes me cancel on other people.

Second session of that night was with Alex Flannigan from my Marton Whites u14s team.

Me and Alex worked on our fitness going into the pre season and working on our 1/2 touch.

Two brilliant sessions I had on Monday and the first was with Seb Smurthwaite from marton yellows u11s.

We worked on his goalkeeping skills and ball work and it was a high intensity session.
