Rainbow Leisure Centre There's a huge amount of variety when it comes to the activities you can enjoy.

A family-friendly facility featuring a 100+ station gym, 25m main pool, 10m learner pool, six-court sports hall, squash courts, soft play area, sauna, steam room, and café. The gym is recently refurbished and features all the state-of-the-art equipment, and there's a huge variety of group fitness classes – both virtual and instructor-led – that are suited to almost everyone. The six-lane main swimming pool and the learner pool are great for swimmers of all abilities to enjoy, with swimming lessons available for both children and adults.

We’re so lucky to have Dean as part of the Rainbow Swimming Lessons family! 💙 He is one of our fantastic swim teachers, helping little swimmers build confidence, learn essential skills and, most importantly, feel happy and safe in the water. 😊

💦 Swimming lessons are so important for children. They help build water confidence from an early age, develop vital swimming and water-safety skills, and give children a fantastic foundation for a lifelong relationship with the water.

👶 At Rainbow Swimming Lessons, we welcome little ones from just 4 months old, so it’s never too early to start building those all-important water skills!

Two teams. Countless steps. Plenty of laughs, a few tired legs… and SO many amazing memories! 🥾💪

We had an incredible day completing our charity walk for the Matt Hampson Foundation, raising money for such an amazing cause❤️

Along the way, we were lucky enough to meet some of our fantastic sponsors who supported us, which made the day even more special! 🙌

And of course, we couldn’t complete 34.2 miles without putting YOU+ into action‼️

💪 Movement: We walked.. we ran.. we struggled.. but we powered through!
🧠 Social wellness: Great company, plenty of laughs and making memories together.
😴 Sleep: We’ll definitely be appreciating this pillar tonight!
🧘‍♀️ Recovery: And TODAY… recovery is absolutely the priority! 😂

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing colleagues who got involved, walked, supported and kept each other going every step of the way. It really was such a team effort! 💙
