🥪☕ Dockside Deli reopens Tuesday 15th September! 🎉

And that’s not all keep your eyes peeled around campus because our student trolley will be on the move! 🛒👀 🎉

Expect snacks, goodies and maybe the odd nervous smile along the way! 😂

A little reminder though… our lovely students are brand new and learning the ropes. They’re here to gain real-life experience, build confidence and practise their customer service skills.

So please be kind, patient and supportive they might not get it perfect first time, but that’s what training is all about!

Give them a smile, say hello and help us give our future hospitality students the confidence they deserve! 🌟

We are incredibly proud of our students currently on placement in beautiful St Lucia 🇱🇨
Working alongside Chef Orlando, our students have shown fantastic professionalism, teamwork, and passion both front of house and back of house. From delivering excellent customer service to producing high-quality dishes in the kitchen, they continue to represent Middlesbrough college with pride and dedication.
This placement is giving them invaluable industry experience, and it’s amazing to see their confidence and skills grow every day. Well done to all involved 👏 keep up the excellent work!

Today our students at the Waterside Brasserie hosted a truly eventful and memorable Mother’s Day celebration. 💐
Guests enjoyed a delicious meal prepared and served by our talented hospitality and catering students, who worked incredibly hard to make the day special for all the mums and families who joined us.
A big well done to our students for their teamwork, professionalism, and for creating such a lovely atmosphere. We hope everyone had a fantastic Mother’s Day with us! 💕
