Marton Furness Hockey Club Marton Furness Hockey Club, based in Middlesbrough in the North East of England. Welcome to Marton Furness!

We are a family friendly mixed hockey club who offer a wide variety of training/teams. Currently we have:

4 Men’s squads and 1 Ladies Squad who all train on a Tuesday night at King’s Academy in Middlesbrough

M3/4s and Ladies training : 7-8.15pm
M1/2s: 8.15-9.30pm

We also offer junior training and hockey tots! Drop us a message if you’re interested we’re always happy to see new faces!

🏑 TRAINING IS BACK ON!!! 🏑

And we’re back better than ever! 💚🖤

With a fantastic turnout this week, it was great to see everyone back on the pitch, getting into the swing of things and starting the new season the right way! 🙌

📅 We have training sessions every Tuesday evening for players aged 13 and over.

⏰ Ladies: 6:30pm–8:30pm
⏰ Men’s: 8:00pm–9:30pm

Here are just some of our favourite photos and videos from our Marton Furness Season Opener Sports Day! 💚🖤

To celebrate our 75th anniversary, we brought everyone together for an afternoon full of races, games, friendly competition, plenty of laughs and lots of questionable sporting ability! 😂🏅

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and took part. The cheering, competitiveness, sportsmanship and laughter made the day so much fun and a brilliant way to start what is set to be a very special season! 🙌

A special thank you also goes to Karen Karen Gibson, who helped with setting up and co-organising the event. We couldn’t have done it without you! 💚

We know lots of you have been wondering about the weather and whether Sports Day will still be going ahead this Saturday…

We’re pleased to confirm that SPORTS DAY IS STILL HAPPENING! 🎉💚🖤

If the weather doesn’t cooperate 🌧️, don’t worry! We’ll simply move everything inside to the Events Room at Marton Cricket Club, so the fun can still go ahead! 🙌
