Had a fantastic EDTC session with one of my role-models
Lucy Renshall ( Lucy Renshall OLY Judo Athlete ) and Dermot Heslop. Some amazing groundwork techniques and hard Randori. Great to see so many of the Tees Valley Judo crew in attendance.
