Sadly, due to "logistical reasons" we are having a short break on Events at The Bomb Dump 😔
We GREATLY appreciate everyone booking-in and playing at this rather unique Site once a Month and we look forward to starting again in early 2025.

Happy 2023!
We are proud to announce the Bomb Dump Booking Page is now OPEN for Sunday 5th of Feb!

This amazing MoD Site has lots to offer in regards to layout and gameplay! It's our least "wooded" Site and instead, has lot's of old WWII Munition storage buildings, elevated ground, tarmac roads with blast walls, bushes and an awesome CQB Command Building!
Not as muddy as some of our other Sites :p

Wishing you ALL a VERY MERRY RIFTMAS! :p

The last Game of 2021 was a fantastic day indeed!
170 amazing Players joined us for some Festive FUN at REDCON-2 Abingdon.
Buddy The Elf v's The Grinch fought hard all day with their loyal Soldiers! It was a close call but don't worry, Christmas was saved!

If you enjoy REDCON-2, you will be pleased to know that from February 2022 the MoD have given us permission to run 2 Events a Month there! 1st & 3rd Sunday! Big Thank you to the MoD for their support :)

I really do believe our Marshal Team are Superhuman! They start very early to get everything set up and ready, work hard all day, look after the Players & Props, then stay late to pack away and tidy up! It's a VERY long day!
I am so proud of the Rift Marshal Team! Thank you! :D

We have Plans to upgrade The BOMB DUMP in 2022! It's such a great Site but needs a few additions to make it even more enjoyable! I will post news as and when I get permission from the MoD :)

Valkyrie Airsoft distribution is the place to go for your Ammunition needs! Rift was very lucky to be one of the first to try this amazing 6mm Ammunition and it's popularity speaks for itself! The icing on the Cake is they also play at most Events we run! Please have a chat with them when you see them!

COVID did still have a huge negative impact... but with the support of our friends & 98% Fully Booked Events, we made it through - thank YOU!

Not long now ladies and Gents!
Booking Opens on Monday the 22nd of March at approx 9am for ALL Rift Sites!
We have decided to open booking for every game we are running in APRIL, so, if one Game Fully Books you can hopefully book onto another Game that still has spaces.
Please Note: For the month of April ALL Games will be "Pre-Pay" except for REDCON-2 on the 18th of April.
At REDCON-2 they are building a Movie Set and I am not 100% which area we can use, so for now I would prefer not to take Money up front, just in case it there are any issues.... I have a meeting with them first week of April.
Onlyairsoft/Combat-UK will be opening their amazingly fully stocked On Site Shop when we reopen!

Lots of Fun Games & Warm Mince Pies will be waiting for you :)

We will be approaching the MOD in the New Year to ask permission to add Static Vehicles & a few extra defences (similar to REDCON-2) so there is more to interact with in the Game Area!
We will also be asking permission to add Undercover work areas for you all to set up your kit - something that we know will make a difference regarding the Weather! :D

In the meantime - thank you all for supporting The BOMB DUMP - it really is a very unique Site to play!

Morning all!!

With the announcement of the government restrictions as of Monday 14th September we'd like to clear some things up.

The restrictions are set for Social events not commercial or business. Although we like to think we are more of a community than anything else... We are able to continue to run Events the way we do.

Please make sure on Event days you to stick to guidelines we set along side government requirements.

Please insure your disclaimer is filled in correctly and clearly. Keep up hygiene throughout the day especially when using on site facilities by using your own or on site anti bacteria gel.
Stick to social distancing from people outside your social bubble. No physical contact with anyone in the game area and dont touch props if you dont wish too.

Saftey is always number one. Thank you. Hope to see you soon 💪😎
