2026 fitness goals include getting this under 25 again and getting back up half to marathon distance. Slow 10km last week and lots of interval runs at home on the treadmill sine the start of the year.

160 first ever attempt followed by 165 first ever attempt.

Didn’t go into this session thinking I’d even be doing squats as it’s been a tough week with illness, let alone getting these in.

Not happy with the form as definitely need a bit more depth but wanted the barrier up just incase. Thank you .shambr00k for the spot.

Have not given myself much praise for these last few months building strength despite being stronger than I ever have. Probably too critical to think that any are “good clean reps” for this PB and my Deadlifts but I guess that’s the PT in me.

Probably won’t be trying this again anytime soon as the bulks done. Happy with 2 pbs and the bench sitting at 110kg (not quite a PB yet!)

It’s been fun but time to change the training up properly moving forward. Get back into my running (I’ve weirdly missed it) and cut down a bit followed by looking at some new challenges to sign up to next year
