Afternoon guys and girls,

Summer holidays are fast approaching, time to get your body ready for the beach and I have a number of PT slots available for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday this week. Anyone interested in booking a slot send me a message on here for prices and what slots I have available.

Now it is all sorted, I can now confirm that as of Monday I will be training my PT clients out of Muscleworx in Pant, a great facility with a good variety of equipment. I am looking forward to working with both current clients and new clients and continuing to help people pursue their goals and dreams.

As well as this I have also decided to offer PT sessions at peoples homes for people who might not be comfortable with attending a gym.
If anyone is interested in either option please contact me through Facebook messenger to discuss availibilty and prices.
