🔥 STEPPING IT UP A LEVEL 🔥

No easing off over the summer… at last night’s conditioning session we increased the intensity, and these absolute beauties rose to every challenge! 💪🔥 proud of you all pushing through even in the heat, the determination and work ethic was fantastic

This is where dancers are made. Every minute in the studio every rep, every drill, every class , building stronger, smarter and more resilient dancers ready to take on the new term and the new competition season.

So proud of every single one of you… and a huge shoutout to all of our GMK dancers who are making the most of incredible summer schools across the UK. Keep pushing your limits, keep learning and keep growing, we can’t wait to see what this season brings! 🖤💙

Tonight we celebrated and wished Goodluck to our small but super team before they head off to finals to represent Wales

Girls we are super proud of the hard work and dedication you have put into your routines for finals. What ever the results have fun, enjoy every moment, make new friends, I know you will do us proud, your all winners in our eyes

✨ Fantastic First Day at ! ✨

What an incredible start to the weekend! I am so proud of every one of our Tots, Minis and Juniors. The results are really amazing, what made today truly special was the support, encouragement and team spirit shown by all of our dancers. Watching everyone cheer each other on, celebrate each other’s successes and perform with confidence made me so proud. 💙

The hard work, dedication and commitment from all of our dancers continues to shine through, and today was such a rewarding day for the whole team. Congratulations to everyone who took to the stage! 🌟
