As you know I moved out my home a few weeks ago and am still on the search for new digs. In the meantime just to let you know I am still working and have two spaces to work out of. The wonderful team have made their space available to me for hire between 9:30-5:30 and I have access to the treatment rooms over in Wallisdown.

Rooms are subject to availability and need pre booking so there will be a 24 hour cancellation policy in place.

Thank you to both spaces for me to be able to carry on doing the job I love, and look forward to welcoming you to one of these venues soon.

I never advocate exercise while injured but I also understand the desire to do something when you have been looking forward to it for so long. My client here has Hyrox in Dublin this weekend but sadly also has an issue with their ankle. So I have taped the affected area just to offer a bit of support and hopefully some pain reduction to get her through the event.
Normally I would just tape up to the second image but as the area is quite swollen I opted for the third strip just to offer a little more support and security.
While it isn’t guaranteed KT tape can offer support and pain relief without restriction of movement. Again I don’t endorse exercise while injured but some things can help get you through it.

“These bruises will make her feel so much better” - a statement used in his police interview or in court while on assault charges no doubt.

While people react differently to treatments this goes way way too far. If I saw a client reacting this way I would change my technique or at the very least change the treatment. This is not a reaction you want to have it’s certainly of no benefit to anyone.
