One of England’s most decorated rugby players, Emily is a Rugby World Cup winner, multiple Six Nations champion, and former World Rugby Player of the Year.

We’re so excited to have her joining us on the Friday and Saturday of our festival for a fantastic couple of days in the rugby zone!

Nicole has over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and she specialises in strength-based workouts that build both a strong body and mind 💪 🧠

Her sessions are designed to boost energy, confidence, and mental clarity. Featured in Women’s Health, Women’s Fitness, HELLO!, and Marie Claire, she is also the founder of the fitness app and host of fitness retreats.
