First home game for a while and the weather just about stayed away. We couldn't quite get the win this week. Holborough 140/9 35 overs. T&MCC 100 all out 34.3 overs. 🏏

Yesterday's game agains Chevening Amblers ended in a 31 run defeat but everyone enjoys cricket on such a glorious day! 🏏☀

Another close friendly fixture at Marden CC yesterday. Marden the victors again; this year by 11 runs.
MCC: 147-6 30 overs. TMCC: 136-9 30 overs.

The game was played in good spirits and the weather stayed just about 'ok' 😄🏏

First game of the season was a nice win by 5 wickets against Horton Kirby 2nds.

Horton Kirby scores 128 all out in their 35 overs and Mereworth knocked off the runs for 5 wickets with just over 4 overs remaining.

Bowling: Dave Keeler 3 for 14. Chris Keeler 3 for 16. Nixy and Wilkinson with 2 each.

Batting: Adam Nix 76. Mike Loines 22*.

Morning all.

The new season is approaching and with the restrictions easing we're hopeful for plenty of matches this year!

Our first fixture is home on the 9th May and we have fixtures pretty much every Sunday until 26th September 😁
