The program and structure allowed for progression, working around problem areas. No more misdirection and confusion on what exercises, how many sets, how much weight. A clear cut and dry plan
Weeks were organised and structured so training sessions were planned in advance and the volume needed would be achieved. Organisation is a big part of being able to look back and see that what you are doing is working, so we provided the foundation and got the result
You donât have to eat boring, you can eat intuitively hitting your nutritional targets without crazy restriction. No need to remove entire food groups, just eat enough good to maintain performance with enough of what you want to keep you happy! That way fatloss isnât a chore, it ends up becoming a by-product of eating what you enjoy
With the holiday to aim for, direction and focus was on point and the result followed!
