The timetable this week has a few changes as some classes go outdoors:

Monday 9.15 HIIT at Meopham fitness centre (bookable through the gym)
Tuesday 9.30 Pump and abs on Zoom
Wednesday 9.15 Spin at MFTC (bookable through the gym)
Thurdsday 9.30 HIIT with weights on Zoom
Friday 9.15 Spin at Cascades (bookable through the gym)
Friday 10.45 Body Blitz on Zoom
Saturday 9.30 Pump on Zoom
Sunday 9.30 Boxfit at Judsons Rec, Meopham

Please note the classes bookable through the gyms are payable separately, I am trying to keep classes going everyday but some changes are being made as I have to go to WORK!!
