It’s not just about what you do, it’s what helps you stick to it.

Research shows that having support and accountability massively increases how likely someone is to stay consistent.

And when people train alongside others, they often push themselves further than they would on their own.

Last week our brand new 6-week challenge kicked off… and this is honestly the best part: ⤵️

Not the workouts.
Not the plans.

But those first sessions where people go from nervous… to “actually, I loved that.”

Here’s what we’ve had already:

You don’t need to train every day to get results 💙

At Coached by Sam we see this all the time…
People think they need to train 6–7 days a week to make progress.

That’s rarely the issue.

The real challenge? Inconsistency.

A few structured, well-planned sessions each week will always beat random workouts every day.

When you focus on:
💪 Quality sessions
😴 Proper recovery
📅 A routine you can stick to

Progress becomes a lot more achievable.

Training should improve your life, not exhaust it.

If your routine feels sustainable — you’re on the right track.
If it feels impossible to maintain — it’s time to adjust.

Consistency always wins 👊
