I've had a fantastic week competing at the Shearwater National Championships at Stone Sailing Club. Absolutely brilliant week!! Challenging conditions, 9 races in total over the week, racing with family and friends - I couldn't ask for a better way to spend a week off! With an added bonus that I was sailing with my lovely husband and we came 2nd overall so very happy with that!

Meon Fit is back on from this week!

A qualifying triathlon race in Eastboune a few weeks ago means I am now going to Hamburg Sept 2027! So excited and a little bit nervous!! Xx

Really pleased to come 5th in my age group, hoping to qualify for the World's next year in Hamburg, but will have to wait and see!

Brilliant day today in Tarragona at the Age Group European Standard Triathlon Championships. It was a hot one, but I loved every minute of it!! (well almost!). Couldn't do it without my friends & family support, thank you!! And a fantastic coach Rich! Also a special thank you to my very supportive & patient husband!! 💕
