Our Friday evening went well. The chummy played until 7pm when the Aussie Pairs that had started at 5.30pm finished and then we got underway with the Beetle Drive. After we all got the hang of the rules everything ran smoothly and the £1 in the pot by all players allowed all our successful players and the least successful one to have a small monetary prize. Alan followed on with two rounds of card Bingo playing for jackpots of £12.50 and £11.50 respectively won by Eveline and Viv Hopkinson (Viv finally got some small change).
Thanks to everyone who brought along Raffle Prizes and bought tickets. £72 was raised thanks to our Raffle heroes Anne, Jean and Glenise. More fertiliser paid for (it has gone up in price!)
Hopefully everyone enjoyed themselves. We will try to run other evenings like this on a Friday so that everyone can join in the chummy and then have some entertainment laid on to finish the evening off when enjoying a drink. Let me (Sec. Sue) know if you have any ideas for us to use. My thanks go to Eveline for helping me out with Dice and Pencils and for climbing into the attic to retrieve them, above and beyond the call of duty 😁 Thanks also go to Alan for our Bingo sessions and to Viv and Dennis for manning the bar.
Thanks to everyone who came along, there were 25 of us involved in the play during the evening.

Thanks to everyone who made our evening at "Guess What" so good. The soup was extra special thank you to Evelyn, Pat and Viv (who had to dog sit and miss everything) Just wonderful. Thanks so much to Viv H who kept us all supplied by the bar throughout the evening, must have improved the guessing going on. Big thanks to Bob and Joy who ran the show and got us all guessing and sometimes being lucky. Just a great game and the prize for the winning team was superb. Thanks to everyone who helped clear up and put away making life easier for everyone. All in all just the best start to the season
