🚀 Exciting News – A Second Belvoir Team Chase & Hunter Trial Could Be Happening!
It might feel surprising to be talking about another event so soon after the 14th September Team Chase… but with the next two fixtures cancelling and the incredible feedback we’ve received from riders, supporters, and volunteers, we’re seriously exploring the possibility of running Belvoir Team Chase & Hunter Trial 2.0 or Belvoir Team Chase & Hunter Trial – Here we go again (we haven’t decided on the name) on 27th September 2026.
The enthusiasm this year has been overwhelming, and several of you have already suggested a second autumn event — so we’re stepping up to see if we can make it happen and help fill the gap in the Team Chase calendar.
⏳ The clock is ticking…
To determine whether this additional event is viable, entries are now OPEN:
• Team Chase entries are live on the Team Chasing entry system
• Hunter Trial entries are open on Horse Events and Team Chasing Entry system
Over the next 48 hours, we’ll be closely monitoring entries. If the numbers show that the event can run, we’ll immediately confirm and begin booking contractors and coordinating with our brilliant volunteers.

If you’d like to be part of Belvoir Team Chase & Hunter Trial 2.0 — with the same classes and course format — please get your entry in as soon as possible. Early entries will determine whether we can move forward.
Your interest over the next two days is crucial. If enough riders want it, we’ll make it happen.
Let’s see if we can bring a second Belvoir event to life — we’d love to welcome you back!

“Hats will be identified by a BTC, BE, PC or BRC approved Hat Tag. Only the following hat standards are accepted: British and European PAS 015 (2011) or VG01 040 2014-12 – both with a BSI Kitemark or Inspect IC Mark; American ASTM F1163 2004a onwards with SEI mark, Snell 2016 or 2021 (no other mark is needed with Snell) or Australia and New Zealand AS/NZS 3838 2006 onwards with SAI Global mark.”
“All competitors must also wear a body protector British Equestrian Trade Association BETA
2018 Level 3 standard (blue and black label). A body protector of this nature is also required when competitors are wearing air jackets of any make.”
Spot checks to be undertaken for hats and body protectors once competitors finish; if any member of an entry is found
in breach of the rules, that entry is eliminated and, where applicable, reported to the governing body of that class.

Hat tagging will be available on-site

Spectators are welcome, and admission is £15 per car; occupants are admitted free of charge, if a vehicle has a single occupant £10.

Remember to request your car passes

Horse Boxes and car-towing trailers do not require a pass. Any cars arriving separately require a pass.

Passes are single-use and uniquely numbered. Any additional uses will be invalid, and public entrance fees will apply.

Please display these in the car so the ID number on the top left is visible.

Number sheets will be provided, please bring your own bib. We will have bibs which can be purchased on the day.

Course Walk tomorrow

11 am – 4pm
If you bring a dog please keep it on a 2m lead max. We will have machinery moving around the course, so please be vigilant. Please do not climb or touch the fences; some will be wet from creosoting or from painting. Both will stain clothes. An access point is always nearby.
