The gym runs 24/7 because you do, welcoming new faces, keeping us organised, and still finding time to ask how everyone’s day went.

A big announcement lands later this week: Bodyworx is growing, expanding into a new space and freeing up a whole lot of room on the floor you already love. Fresh kit (plus a couple of mystery machines) is on the way.
